BLOOMINGTON — Covenant Plumbing of Bloomington is offering a free water heater to a family in need this fall.
The company’s Covenant Cares program is their way of giving back to the community by providing services to those in need.
One McLean County resident will win a brand-new, high-efficiency water heater and complete install with all expenses paid by the company.

Davis had two touchdown runs, both of 32 yards, in Normal Community’s 50-0 win against Peoria Notre Dame to clinch at least a share of the Big 12 title.
Cooper Johnson, Heyworth

Johnson (8) rushed for 200 yards on just seven carries, scoring three touchdowns on runs of 42, 35 and 13 yards in Heyworth’s 54-12 win against Fisher that clinched the Hornets’ first playoff berth since 2013.
Kade Lollar, Olympia

Lollar (5) had 122 yards rushing in Olympia’s 36-0 win against playoff-bound Auburn that clinched a playoff berth for the Spartans.
Cole Matejka, University High

Matejka had nine tackles (six for loss yardage), two sacks, two pass breaks up and three quarterback hurries in U High’s 49-28 win against Lincoln that sewed up the Pioneers’ first playoff berth since 2015.
