Kim Kardashian gave her followers a sneak peek of her 2024 holiday decor on Instagram Stories, unveiling her giant-sized Christmas tree in her entryway. She set the festive mood by pairing the short clip of her centerpiece with Auni’s “Twinkling Lights.”
2024: Kylie Jenner’s Elegant Evergreen
Kylie Jenner shared an Instagram Reel capturing her 2024 holiday preparations, continuing the classic Christmas aesthetic she embraced two years prior.
Set to Auni’s “Twinkling Lights” (just like her sister Kim’s video), the reel shows pre-decorated multistoried trees, sweet moments of her and her kids hanging ornaments and her front yard aglow with festive garlands and life-size nutcracker statues.
2023: Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS Season
In 2023, Kim posted an Instagram Story boasting her faux snow-covered Christmas tree and uniquely wrapped presents underneath. Instead of traditional holiday paper, the gifts were covered in SKIMS cotton jersey fabric — a clever marketing strategy while also a practical way to reuse the material for “stuff that I make for my family.”
“I thought it was a really fun, cool way to just have something that you can use over and over again,” Kim explained in the video, “I just love the fabric and how it looks and the technique that we used to wrap it, and it looks so pretty with my tree.”
2023: Kourtney Kardashian’s Homemade Elf Display
Kourtney Kardashian Barker declared “elf season has begun” while sharing a glimpse of her lit-up Christmas tree and a homemade display of four Elf on the Shelf dolls sledding.
The elves’ sleds were made of silver foil plates, while clusters of cotton balls represented snow. A sign reading “Elf Sledding Now Open” was handwritten and placed on the top of the elf display.
2023: Travis Barker’s Spooky Skeleton
Kourtney’s husband, Travis Barker, took a note from Halloween when displaying his Christmas tree in 2023. In a photo Barker shared to his Instagram Story, a towering skeleton appears to help decorate the evergreen, holding a string of white lights.
The Blink-182 drummer’s display also features musical props, including a silver stereo and a red-and-white striped drum set.

“I love these. They’re so whimsical, like Whoville, but all white,” Kim said.
The sculptures are the work of Australian contemporary artist Kathy Temin. An event designer familiar with her work estimated they came with “a price tag of at least $10,000 each.”

Kris hosts an annual Christmas Eve party at her Calabasas, Calif., home and her decor has to live up to the hype of the star-studded fête. In 2016, Jenner called on Leatham to outfit the space in a “Kandyland chic” theme complete with peppermint-inspired ornaments on a massive tree and a life-size metal and glass polar bear guarding the staircase.
“One of the fun things is just deciding on what the theme of the tree is going to be because that sets the tone for the entire house,” Kris told Architectural Digest of the elaborate process.

To complement her very pink living room, model Kendall chose a comparatively modest, faux snow-covered tree. The white branches, created with a spray-on process called flocking, are popular with the whole family, who are guaranteed a green Christmas in Southern California.
